The App offers 8 free books in total and other books cost only $1.99 each. It's well worth the money.

Looks like a very good app problem is every time I click to read the book there's black squares on the book and it cover part of the title story time and it prevents me from reading the book at all 😪👎🏻

I like that each word is highlighted as it is read but using a hard to read font that is in all capitals is very counterproductive to helping kids read. Please use an easy to read font that has lower case letters with caps only at appropriate places. Also, there is nothing that tells the child when the story is over and there are no more pages. Please add a tab on last page that takes us back to main menu of titles again.

My toddler daughter loves this app. Mixing the interactivity of this app with good old fashion real books keeps story telling fresh and fun.

I wish to buy more books.

As much as my child loves this app, it's even more frustrating to have to delete and reinstall this app on a daily basis. We have to reinstall it sometimes two and three times a day because it wipes out stories from her 'my books' shelf. Please fix and I'll raise the rating. Thanks!

I have now downloaded the 30 books twice! The books are on the "My Books" shelf, but then they just disappear!!?! The second time the books disappeared after I installed another app. I caught the word "Cleaning" where it usually says "Loading". Now, I can't download the books at all.

I got this app and had 30 books in my library. About 4 of them downloaded and the rest said they were queuing which was fine. When I opened the app this morning there are no books at all and I cannot download anymore. Sad because they all looked great.

The set up looks amazing. I was really excited to use it. Once it downloaded all the stories, the app closed each time I tried to open a story. It would say "initializing story" and then shutdown after a few seconds.

I absolutely LOVE this app. My 6 year old son is completely captivated by the stories. I have looked at other reading apps and I have to say this is the best. What makes it stand out is the read along action, the way the words move up into a wave like affect across the page as the narrator reads each line. This reinforces word recognition. Also, the pictures give additional emotion to the story when touching the image helps give a rounded view of what's happening on the page. I have a E reader for my son. Is this only available through Apple products? I'd like to put it on the reader but can't find it. Please make this universal so it can go on all devices. Thank you Brooklyn, NY

Seems good at first but try to sync books that you purchased between devices and it just crashes. Until they fix this the app is worthless.

The app does not work when you press read to me it opens the book up then it will not read to you only 4 books are free waste of time don't get it

It is a free app, but you only get 2 free books. To get the other books you have to pay. I liked that this had all of my favorite childhood books in one app that I can share with my son.

Great way to spend time with the kids. This app also comes in handy for those long car rides.

great Free app, and lots of classics to purchase for only $0.99. So far has been keeping my kids busy for hours.

You can tell a lot if time was put into making this one. Very detailed graphics and your children will love this. Grab this for free since it comes with a few books. Nothing to lose.

Story Time for Kids is a great app for children. My son loved being able to control the story at his will! The illustrations are very nice and the story is highlighted as it is read. I love that my son can click on the words and the specific word is read back to him! There is a wonderful selection of In-App purchases (0.99) for more stories, the the stories are all classic childhood stories!

Checked this app out. There were 2 free books for me to try it out with, the rest you need to in app purchase. The free books were ok. They were slightly interactive. Have audio text. The art was cheap. The text/font was kind of hard to read. Checked out iBooks and it has many more free books for kids, plus more for purchase. They are not interactive, but the art is nicer and some (most) also have audio. After checking out iBooks I felt this didn't have much to offer.

I really like the other version more than the this one. My books were gone.

The new version seems to be a lot better! very nice games!

It never really comes together. The reading voices are awful. The artwork is for the most part well known characters from other medium , without any proper credit given. The original stories offered and really bad. Ultimately it's the voices, some not too bad , some make you want to launch your iPad out the window.

My son used it before and worked ok but after the upgrade it gave me the invalid characters errors and stop working...

I was offerred 5 free books to test this out but was only able to get 1. The others keep failing to download so i cant really give a better rating if this is demonstrative of how purchasing will be.

I bought several stories but never got them to work, and now when I deleted the app and reinstalled it asks me to pay for them again!

Please update app with the ability to clear the notifications WITHOUT having to purchase all 32 books! This is the only app I've ever downloaded that don't have this feature built in. So annoying!!!

This wouldn't be such a bad app of it didn't have the number that won't clear unless you buy all 23 books or something.

The voice is kinda weird and annoying its good for little kids I got this for my 4 year old brother he likes it. However there are not the right number of stories like it says

The audio is a bit dodge but otherwise it is a great app. Good stories you know and that your kids will enjoy. My kids really enjoyed this app. Thanks to the developers for a great job. Works great on my iPad 1.

I have bought hundreds of apps, and this is by far the worst I have ever come across. The voice is really bad, the graphics even worse, and the gameplay not worth mentioning. Stear away!

Low quality books compared to what else is available on the app store. Not recommended.

Honestly, a storybook for kids should maybe not have stories in it that show young children with cigarettes! Awful!

I downloaded several books at .99 cents each, But the app. stopped at Rapunzel, says network failure which I know is not true because it downloaded the other books fine. Plus the fact I was charged for the purchase and can't view it, now It freezes at Rapunzel and I can't view any other books. Please fix, take Rapunzel off the list, it freezes at this one book and you can't go any further.

The app is getting better, I had asked for more free stories in the last version and they did it. Memory game is basic but its nice that its there. Would be nice to have some english grammar exercises

This version is amazing. Lots of free stories and they added a game too. Its a great idea to add the game using characters of the story.. My little one is stuck on this every night. The memory game is simple and without any hassles..
